Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) Orange is a highly nutritious fruit and is loaded with bioflavonoids and antioxidants. As such, it is great for the skin and is anti-aging. It is also antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, making it great for acne-prone skin. It increases our ability to absorb vitamin C, and also increases collagen production. It is considered an antidepressant, and a sedative to the nervous system, while acting as a stimulant to the lymphatic system (thereby boosting the immune system.)
